Who We Are...

We are subject matter experts who have learned what NOT to do to grow a successful small business!

 At Fletcher Strategies, Fred Fletcher and team have spent a half century implementing strategies for start-ups and early-stage companies in complex businesses environments ranging from drug dispensing technology, satellite communication, product development & distribution, e-Commerce, financial services, golf game improvement, entertainment & event production, healthcare, non-profit fundraising, online music competitions and commercial real estate development/brokerage
